  1. Additional setting for "urgent" notifications

    Can you add a setting in jituzu in which we choose not to have new client registrations marked as "urgent?" I have grown to ignore the emails that say there is an "urgent" message because it is usually just a new client using the portal for the first time. Because of this, I have actually missed a few truly urgent messages from clients. Thanks!

  2. Sending client statements

    The new feature of invoicing thru Jituzu is a great idea! However, if a client owes for multiple sessions, it would be great to send a statement with only one payment link, instead of having the client have to put in their credit card information separately for each session. Perhaps when they click on the link they could check the boxes for which sessions they choose to pay, etc. Otherwise, this would be tedious for clients, as we tend to bill for co-pay and deductible on a monthly basis.

  3. Tracking when we send Invoices through Jituzu

    We love the new feature of sending invoices through Jituzu, however we were wondering if there is a way to implement tracking who we sent invoice to, right now we add a note and date it but it would be so much easier if we could just look at a list.

  4. For Ancore credit card processing, showing what sessions and dates of services are being charged and including the name of your practice

    For every cc charge, I have to go back to myclientsplus and look for the date of service, the amount and the name of my company and write that in the window so clients know what they are paying for and to whom. its alot of extra work that is frustrating and time consuming

  5. Would like a line when creating session to enter write off amount, carry forward amount and payment amount

    Hoping that in the future there is a way to enter the payment amount if any, carry forward amount and write off amount right in the create session window before generating the invoice without having to go into the payments received window after generating the invoice and entering all of that information after.

  6. When creating a session for a client would like an alert that the patient already has a balance.

    When creating a session it would be nice if an alert would pop up letting us know that the patient already has a balance for past unpaid appointments so that our receptionist doesn't apply that day's payment to that day's appointment and instead applies any payment made to the past due balance first. This happens over and over again because there is nothing that states at a glance that the patient has a balance and unless you specifically click on the patient's name in the calendar, which we hardly ever do on the day of their appointment, it doesn't alert…

  7. Would like marked missed or canceled appointments to be marked as such in past appointment list

    Even if you mark an appointment as missed or canceled on the calendar it shows up as a regular appointment in the appointment list under past appointments. Right now we have to copy and paste all of the appointments into the notes and mark them as canceled, late canceled or no shows to keep track. It would be nice if we didn't have to take this extra step to keep track of missed appointments or no shows. The list of past appointments would just need to have an M, C or LC (late cancel) by it.   8. Appointment windows

    It would be wonderful if you could select a window in which appointments could be made by clients (1 hour before/after currently scheduled clients). aka if my first appointment isnt till 1pm, but technically i could come in at 9am (which is on my jituzu calendar) then a client could schedule for a 9am appointment.... no big deal if someone is in the office all day, but many in our practice have multiple jobs. Being able to restrict clients to being able to schedule one hour before/after any currently schedule appointment would be wonderful (in this scenario noon or 2pm).…

  9. The ability to choose day and time for the waitlist appointments

    Please make it possible to choose the specific days and times for the waitlist appointments. Many of our clients can only do specific dates and times and get tired of receiving texts for all of the appointments that become available. If, like the reminder/portal tab under clients, were available for the waitlist it would be very helpful.

  11. Flyer on Jituzu Services

    It would be helpful to have a flyer developed that discusses what Jituzu is and what clients can do with the service. Something that could be included with invoices to clients or handed to clients directly that discusses the service, and can help interest them in using the service.

  14. Allow available openings to be displayed if marked available.

    Often times I have client sessions on the half hour and it can be a struggle to leave space open for the program to automatically find availability for new sessions. If the program could read sessions marked in the calendar as available, and it would pop up as an opening for next available, that would be so helpful!

  16. Improve Portal Access for clients

    Clients are telling me they are not able to download my enrollment forms. They also go in and create duplicate accounts. The portal directions need to be clearer for the clients; and, easier to use. Clinicians need a way to see what the portal and Jituzu website looks like from the client view.

  17. Send warning notification when period of recurring appointment nears its end

    Currently, there is no warning that tells the provider that the scheduled time period for a recurring appointment is nearing its end. Weekly appointments just quietly drop off the calendar and the provider has to hopefully catch the missing appointment. It would help to have a notification that reminds the provider to extend the recurring appointment. Of course, it would also work to simply allow recurring appointments to be scheduled without a specific end point.

  18. Allow a client to register themselves entering demo/insurance in portal and use docusign to sign consent /HPAA

    Why not structure the portal to allow a new client to register themselves in myclientsplus entering demo/insurance, and use docusign to sign consent /HIPAA. This alone would cut down on about 10 hours I spend scanning paper intake forms outside therapy work. Also seems like every other EHRS is allowing real time insurance verification.

  19. Voicemail

    We have been getting a lot of clients saying they are not getting a voicemail for their reminder calls. We have found if the client has a long message before the beep, it does not record. If the person has a very brief message, they get part of the message. Is there a way to have the reminder call start after the beep?

    We are looking for a report that will show clients last appointment date and future appointment date by provider. Not an individual report per client but for the providers to get better judgement on future dates for meetings.
