Field to enter Client copay/coinsurance information
It would be helpful for front desk purposes if there were dedicated field(s) for posting the kind of information essential to people collecting payments from clients at appointment times, such as plan year beginning dates, deductibles, copays, coinsurance percentages and even the normal fee schedule amount when a deductible is not yet satisfied. Right now I think the only place available to lump this information, if allowed by your biller, is in the Client Notes field.
