  1. Portal Payments

    Billing providers aren't receiving updates for portal payments, this creates a breakdown in the cycle in that one person will have to communicate each payment to the billing company.

  2. Color Blocks and Reoccurring appointment reminders

    Having altered color blocks for appointments, as in the entire block will be a different color not just the label of the time frame. Also a notification that reoccurring appointments are about to expire, with different settings for time of notification (2 appointments before expiration, 4 appointments before expiration, etc.)

  3. Sign Button on MCP

    The "Sign" button to sign client notes should be at the bottom of the page instead of at the top of the page. That way we can sign notes when we are done at the bottom instead of at the top. Auto saved drafts of client notes as we type in MCP so if you accidently click off the page then your note isn't lost.

  4. client schedule in their own time zone

    I have clients in different time zones. currently, they see availability in my time zone and are required to make the change themselves for hours ahead/behind.

    Let's have Jituzu show availability in user time zone: user friendly, less confusion, less missed appts.

  5. Clients should be able to send and receive attachments with tablets / smartphones

    Attachments continue to be a headache because the majority of clients use tablets or smartphones now. They can neither send or receive attachments. I cannot send attachments to my clients and they cannot send me their insurance info and ID pictures. It bogs down the process and makes our practice look unprofessional when we are constantly having to apologize to clients for the problems with the portal.

    These are my suggestions:

    Clients should be able to send and receive attachments with tablets and smartphones

    There could be an option for uploading insurance ID and regular ID pictures or copies when…

  6. Need to clarify wording when client entering relationship to insured

    In Jituzu, when client enters their relationship to the insured it is worded "Policy holder's relation to client:" This will be confusing for when the client is a child, including an adult child insured under a parent's insurance as there is no option for "Parent" which would be the correct answer the way it is worded. I was filling this out for a client, so I knew to put in "Child" instead of "other" because of how it will transfer to MC+. It should probably be worded "Client's relationship to policy holder."

    Jituzi should follow the zoom resources: sharing documents, videos, maybe a white board for drawing, e groups, family therapy, be able to see mulitiple people. I will be looking for a Hippa compliant platform that does this. Please jituzi make the changes so clients have the best telehealth experience. Be able to have access to games within jituzi for play therapy.

  10. When a member is marked inactive automatically in MCP, please mark them inactive in Jituzu as well

    I have the MCP setting of marking clients inactive after 4 monhts, but that does not translate over to the client list in Jituzu. If I mark an individual client as inactive in MCP, it does mark them inactive in Jituzu, but not when it's done automatically. Can it be done automatically in Jituzu as well as MCP?

  12. Ability to see multiple calendar pages, either scrolling or side by side.

    Ability to see more than one month at a time. Scheduling toward end of month requires tedious flipping back and forth to avoid double booking.
    Also generating mass change to appts once entered (e.g. changing time of day or duration of appt. requires going into each appt and changing, if a regular requires modification) or you have to delete all occurrences and re-enter new info.

  13. More time before forcing re-authentication

    We'd really like to be able to increase the amount of time we have access to Jituzu before we must log back in. Sometimes it runs out while we're writing a progress note, and the program won't let us save and sign the note. When we re-authenticate we lose the work we've done!

  14. Multiple cameras

    I would like to have the option to incorporate a second camera to toggle back and forth for use in Sand Tray therapy and other Play Therapy modalities. Additionally, this could allow multiple users (for supervision, couple/family sessions, or family in multiple locations) and would be a great way to expand capabilities.

  18. Client No call/No shows and late cancellations

    It would be great to be able to track client no call/no shows and cancellations and therefore be able to read the notes I've put in. I don't charge for the first no call/no show or late cancellations but then on the second one I charge a small amount and on the third it goes up substantially. Also if I see they are cancelling a lot I can go in and read my notes - are they often sick, unable to get childcare, is it work related, etc. So this would make tracking all this much easier.
