    Agreed! Workflow with Jituzu is really awkward and inefficient. I schedule new clients onto the calendar when they call me and then send out the intake forms, but they cannot complete intake fields online through the client portal if I have already scheduled them. Clients want to talk to me and I to them before they would initiate a portal sign up and schedule themselves. This current awkward flow requires me to continue using paper that I could do away with if I could add new clients to the Jituzu calendar and THEN they could access the portal to complete their profile/intake fields/forms in the system.
