    Yes I agree it would be helpful to have a simplified way to track this. I currently note cancelations on the the "client Set up" (demographic) page, in the "Client File Notes" at the bottom of the page. However when busy I do sometimes forget to take all those steps to make the note.

    I would find this very helpful especially when seeing couples (which is more than half my practice). It is way to cumbersome to create a second My Clients Plus account for the second partner, just for the purpose of the reminder (yes I did try that); Cumbersome in that both then need to be scheduled into the same slot which then results in complicating billing issues (even without any insurance info entered for the partner).
