I would also like to be able to navigate directly between the client set-up page in MCP, Jituzu's message folders and past/future appointments. Something like a drop-down box that would allow me to see anything relevant to that specific client.

I like the idea of a simpler response, but I don't like them having to enter a response twice. It would be easier to type "yes" or "no"... going through more than one letter will be confirmation enough that they intended to type what they did.
It is simply too easy to send off one text before putting your phone down and walking away. When this happened with a client, I got absolutely no notification from Jituzu, but could not penalize the client for what I considered to be a "no-show".
