  1. Canceled appointment report

    Re box in client profile where client's past appointments are listed.....
    All scheduled appointments are there whether or not the appointment happened.
    I would like to see some sort of cancel notification for dates where a cancel occurred.

    Maybe there is another way to access the actual dates of past sessions?

  2. Ability to confirm or cancel while message is still talking.

    I have had clients tell me they cancelled but I didn’t receive the message. Tried it out myself and discovered that if you hit the number for cancel before the message has finished talking it didn’t register. Since on most automated calls that I receive at home, you can hit the number any time during the message and it registers, I think people assume that.

  3. Remove "confirm cancellation." after a person cancels an appointment

    Please remove the line "are you sure you want to cancel the appointment". I've had several people cancel the appointment but fail to follow the next step "are you sure you want to cancel". I'd rather them accidentally cancel and I can get them in rather than me bill them a no show fee and have them upset and prove to me via text that they indeed did cancel (just didn't enter the confirmation to cancel)

  5. sending eob's to secondary insurance.

    Sending EOB's to secondary insurance: If there is a service that is an add on code such as 90785, when the EOB's come back to MCP from the primary insurance for the 90785 that was add on to the 90837 session you cant send them to the secondary insurance together as one claim, you have to send one code and then the other because of the way MCP is set up. We get rejections from secondary payers because the add on code comes in separate instead of with the session it belongs with.

  6. copy insurance carrier and attached documents when copying client files to another therapist.

    1. When copying clients from one therapist to another, the insurance does not copy (card numbers do, just not carrier) and it should.
    2. Things uploaded to the paper clip for each client should also copy.

  7. Have Preferred Name show up when searching for client on dropdown menu

    If a patient's given name is John but he prefers goes by his middle name (Matt), we should be able to have Matt show up when searching for the client. John needs to stay as his name for insurance purposes, but it would be easier to search by the name they prefer.

  8. Block out the whole hour instead of just the first 15 minutes. It's a visual thing for 1 hour appointments.

    When therapist visit with their patients for a whole hour, we would like to see the whole hour blocked off, not just the first 15 minutes. It's a visual thing for the medical secretary and easier when looking for an appointment.

  9. For scheduling conflict pop-up, identify day and time of conflict(s)

    I appreciate that Jituzu now notifies me of a scheduling conflict with the pop-up: "This appointment time conflicts with other appointments that have already been scheduled. Click "OK" to save, "Cancel" to go back." However, I need it to identify the day/time of the conflict(s) so that I can rearrange them. While it's easy to visually see double-bookings in the month view of the calendar, I do not have the time to go through EACH month in my calendar, to find the double-bookings. For instance, if I schedule to see Joe Smith on Monday 10/1/20 at 9 AM and then…

  10. Reminder text identified with therapist same or Jituzu name

    When clients receive a reminder text, it comes from a bunch of digits without any name associated with it. I would prefer the therapist name be identified as the sender, or at the very least, Jituzu. Clients see the text is from a random number with no name and ignore the confirmation texts.

  13. allow updating of credit card expiration date

    When a client's credit card expiration date changes, I can't just update that date on the existing card. I have to enter a new credit card. There is no way to see the information on the existing credit card, so I must contact the client to re-enter all the information about that card.

    Would like the capability to add a message to the client portal so that when they log into the portal, the message is the first thing they see or a pop up that they would have to read and then close out of it.

  18. add 50 minutes to the default appointment length dropdown

    Traditionally, therapists schedule 50-minute appointments, leaving 10 minutes for a break. Strangely, this option is not available when selecting default appointment length.

  19. Provide workflow capability to allow passing of all types of notes from person to person for signature/attention.

    I would like to be able to complete documents for a client (assessment, treatment plan, progress notes etc) and then indicate to my supervisor that they are ready for review and signing. Similarly, when they have been signed, my supervisor could indicate that she is done so I know the documents are ready for my signature. At this point, my supervisor may review documents without knowing that I am not done with them. Also, I have to keep checking to see if they are ready for my signature.

  20. Allow Clients the ability to edit their info

    Allow clients to access their information on their portal and edit information such as insurance info, addresses, phone numbers etc. These things do change over time.
