    When making an appointment for a client, show the client's balance due on the appointment page instead of having to click over to the client contact page to see the balance due.

  2. In Past appointments would like to be able see if client canceled or no-showed for that appointment.

    Would like to be able to tag an appointment as canceled, canceled late, or a no show and have those tags show up in past appointments. Right now if you cancel an appointment and take it off the calendar it does not show up at all in past appointments. We have to manually make a note of it in the notes section under that patient.

  3. Would like the ability to send Super Bills to the client through MCP or Jituzu to the email address on file.

    Would like the ability to send Super Bills to the client through MCP or Jituzu to the email address on file. Right now we have to manually download the invoice, save it to the computer and then attach it in an email using our outside email account. Too many steps!

  4. When a member is marked inactive automatically in MCP, please mark them inactive in Jituzu as well

    I have the MCP setting of marking clients inactive after 4 monhts, but that does not translate over to the client list in Jituzu. If I mark an individual client as inactive in MCP, it does mark them inactive in Jituzu, but not when it's done automatically. Can it be done automatically in Jituzu as well as MCP?

  5. Need to clarify wording when client entering relationship to insured

    In Jituzu, when client enters their relationship to the insured it is worded "Policy holder's relation to client:" This will be confusing for when the client is a child, including an adult child insured under a parent's insurance as there is no option for "Parent" which would be the correct answer the way it is worded. I was filling this out for a client, so I knew to put in "Child" instead of "other" because of how it will transfer to MC+. It should probably be worded "Client's relationship to policy holder."

  8. message regarding a red stop sign in balances due you

    Currently, I check the Balances Due You to see if there are any stop signs there, it would be awesome if we received a message on the main page of MCP that there is a stop sign that needs to be addressed.

  9. client schedule in their own time zone

    I have clients in different time zones. currently, they see availability in my time zone and are required to make the change themselves for hours ahead/behind.

    Let's have Jituzu show availability in user time zone: user friendly, less confusion, less missed appts.

  10. Lengthen time before calendar shuts down

    Lengthen time before calendar shuts down or give us a choice in length. I am having to reload my calendar and sometimes my clients plus too to set an appointment at the end of the session with a client. When clicking between months by the arrows, it kicks me out and I have to start all over. This is new. I haven’t experienced so many kick off the calendar times as recently. Rather time consuming.

  12. Logging in after timing out

    It would be helpful if I didn't have to log into the dashboard after every time the site times out. I use TherapyNotes at a different clinic. When that times out I reenter my username and password and the site opens to the page I was on before it timed out. It saves a lot of clicks over the course of the day.

  13. Multiple cameras

    I would like to have the option to incorporate a second camera to toggle back and forth for use in Sand Tray therapy and other Play Therapy modalities. Additionally, this could allow multiple users (for supervision, couple/family sessions, or family in multiple locations) and would be a great way to expand capabilities.

  14. Allow sharing of active, live links in the body of inbox messages

    I regularly share resources available on the internet with clients. Currently, the links cannot be imbedded in the message such that the client can click on it to access the resource. Instead, they have to copy and paste. This is especially problematic for people who are less tech savvy. It would be very helpful if the active link can be shared in the message.

  15. Ability to see multiple calendar pages, either scrolling or side by side.

    Ability to see more than one month at a time. Scheduling toward end of month requires tedious flipping back and forth to avoid double booking.
    Also generating mass change to appts once entered (e.g. changing time of day or duration of appt. requires going into each appt and changing, if a regular requires modification) or you have to delete all occurrences and re-enter new info.

  16. Different reminder texts for different locations

    If I were to make two different office locations (telehealth and office), I would like to have two different reminder texts. For example, on telehealth days, I would like client reminder text to list the telehealth link. On office days, I would like a different reminder.

  17. make bill amounts cancellable in jituzu

    I have a couple of clients who do not have outstanding bills, but they show up as having a billable amount in jituzu. There needs to be a way to get rid of them.

  18. More time before forcing re-authentication

    We'd really like to be able to increase the amount of time we have access to Jituzu before we must log back in. Sometimes it runs out while we're writing a progress note, and the program won't let us save and sign the note. When we re-authenticate we lose the work we've done!

  20. OPTION TO MAKE EVERY APT. AUTOMATICALLY TELEHEALTH

    I'd like every apt. to be automatically telehealth so my clients can choose it if they want. I now have to sit there going through every apt click click click click ..............
