Separate Medication Tab
Hi there,
Is it possible to add a separate medications tab perhaps next to the progress notes ( the bar that contains edit client, attach files, progress notes and account activity)? This would be such a fast way to look at the current medications and easily update. Currently, I have to scroll through my progress notes and am unsure which note I updated the medications in. But if there was one tab where you could have the date, medication list, medication changes, date of changes, prescriber and prescriber contact info, and a check box indicating if a release is on…5 votes -
Larger lettering in the email section
I'm wondering if there is a way to make the print larger in the email section. These old eyes are struggling!!! :-) Thank you!
Also - i forgot to say that one thing I DO love in 2.0 is the ability to navigate all information about a person without having to go into another area and put their name in again...

Send jituzu emails and folders to Myclientsplus
I need to save client’s emails as documentation. I do create folders but the folder list is getting too long and not in alphabetical order. This will become a nightmare as clients become inactive and I have to keep the folder for 7 years. Please develop a way that I can more the email or folder over to the client’s record.

Have Jituzu pull the email address from the Responsible Party section, if it has been filled out.
Our therapists put the client's email address in the contact section, because that is who they speak with mostly, even for teenagers. If the responsible party is filled out, the email address for the receipt is still pulled from the contact section, and we have to keep wiping it out and copying and pasting the email address from the Responsible Party section so that the receipt goes to the parent. It would be great if Jituzu would pull the email address from that section, if it's filled out.

Is it possible to have an admin calendar?
It would be nice to have a calendar on which administrators/staff users can indicate their own availability.

Why does copying a client to another provider, default the reminder box to "skip reminders" for that provider????
When copying a client to another provider under the "reminders & portal" tab, it will default the reminder box to be checked for "skip reminders." This is not helpful AT ALL, when having to remember to go back and change this to unchecked. I only started noticing, when on the calendar; their appointment has a blue "?" instead of a green "!" or "✔" for the reminder indicator.

Tracking appointment movement
It would be SOOOOOOO helpful to have administrative permissions to be able to track the movement of a client's appointment and be able to see who has moved/canceled/deleted the appointments and when or to at least be able to see who the last person that modified it is.

Can you have an insert button to add service codes before and/or after each code so as to keep the integrity of the information intact?
If I have to add a code in between, it messes up all of the coding and coloring on the calendar. For example, if I have the following codes: 90791, 90832, 90837. Then, I want to add 90834, but I want it numerically correct, I have to add a service at the bottom, move 90837 down and put 90834 in it's place. So, I change it to: 90791, 90832, 90834, 90837. When I do that and go to the calendar, all of the 90837s are now coded as 90834. The spots are hard coded.

Checkbox in Calendar Dropdown
Is it possible to add a checkbox option in the calendar dropdown list of providers, so administrators may view the calendar of multiple, but not all, providers at once?

Please add a feature request for clients to be able to navigate away from a videoconference, and then return without losing audio so they can check their schedules etc. during the video conference.

Attachments
Clients are increasingly using the mobile app but it won't allow attachments. This is a real problem. Please consider adding this capability to the mobile app.

CPT codes needing modifiers
When entering Billing Codes into the system, some CPT codes always use a modifier (i.e. 97112-52 in our office). It would be helpful to be able to pre-set the modifier in the system to avoid having to go back in after saving the session to add in the modifiers.

User has used based EHRs with the ability to click on calendar into the notes directly
Provider wants to be able to go directly from the calendar into notes instead of back and forth from JTZ to MCP. He wants the ability of direct access from JTZ into the notes.

Search client by phone number
When searching the client list in Jituzu it would be helpful to allow a search by phone number. Example of need: Client sends text without their name, a quick search by the phone number can identify which client is texting. - A call is received doesn't leave a message the number looks like a client number, searching the client list by phone number would clarify if the caller was a client; maybe a client that does need to be be checked in on given known difficult challanges.

nicknames for credit cards
When collecting a ccard payment it would be nice to not only see the last 4 digits but a nickname; HSA, credit, debit, mom's dad's. Missed appointments and group materials are not HSA qualified, but I can't tell which card on file is which without having to look at client notes; therapy costs for some minor clients is shared between parents; again a card nickname would be helpful. A tab in Jituzu under client information for credit cards that displays last 4 digits of cards on file and allows edits of expiration dates or zip codes would be nice.

Email to Patients Letting them know there is a message in their portal waiting for them.
When you send a message to a patient within the portal I would like it if Jituzu would give you the option to send a notification to the patient's email to let them know that they have a message or a document waiting for them in their portal so they don't miss something important so we don't have to take the time to send a separate email to let them know. It would be a time saver. It would be as simple as having a button at the end of the message saying "Send email notification to patient/client when you…

Our clients are missing the "OK" button after hitting the "Complete Form" button thinking they have submitted the form.
Please remove the "OK" pop-up button and just have "SUBMIT" at the bottom of the form. Your forms! Please?
