    It would be VERY HELPFUL if you provided a space for the Group NPI number to show up on the Client Statement so that Clients can submit to insurance companies when they are seen by a Resident. In my state, Residents can not be insurance paneled, however, Clients can submit for insurance reimbursement for Tx if there is a Group NPI.
