    Yes, I put in same request under different tab. Same problem for Office visit and Add-on psychotherapy (such as 99213 and 90833). To electronically send claim to secondary insurance, MCP forces you to bill each separately. However, to process correctly both codes need to be on same claim.

    Enter the phone number (I usually just put in last 4 digits) into search bar under Clients tab in Jituzu. That should bring up client name.
