  5. I would like to be able to modify or upload my own custom forms i.e.- ROIs, Intake forms, Continuity of Care, Privacy Notices, etc.

    This would be incredibly useful, as I currently must fill out our authorized paper forms by hand and then upload them, which feels like it defeats the purpose of having an EHR system.
