  2. Initial Treatment Date carrying forward

    Medicare requires the Initial Treatment Date to be on each claim. I enter the Initial Treatment Date into the first session and would like the date to carry forward into subsequent sessions.

  3. Information in sessions carrying forward

    When making a claim for a client who has had an auto accident, I mark "Auto Accident" as "Yes", and add the State in the initial session. I would like the information to carry forward into subsequent sessions.
