Refund for EOB Services Not Provided
As so many users are paying for EOB service that has not been provided since mid February 2024 - I think it would be appropriate for MCP to offer a refund for services not provided for 3.5 months as this has resulted in a significant increase in my administrative work hours trying to piece together this information. Thanks!

Fix You Computer Systems
I had to separately create a password and log into a system that is linked to MyClientsPlus, and I shouldn't have to. Get off your asses and pay for writing the damn code required to make sure that if logged into MyClientsPlus, I am automatically logged into Jituzu. Further, this is the second time I have had my time wasted having to go into my credit statement because your idiot automatic system notified me that the first attempt at billing my card did not work, billed to a card that has an almost empty balance. Cards don't always go through…

Would love to have an option to send batch invoices and statements to clients with a balance that I can choose from a multiple choice list
I would love to be able to send out invoices and statements to all clients with a balance, from one screen, instead of how I do it now, by going through many steps for each client.

Would like the ability to send Super Bills to the client through MCP or Jituzu to the email address on file.
Would like the ability to send Super Bills to the client through MCP or Jituzu to the email address on file. Right now we have to manually download the invoice, save it to the computer and then attach it in an email using our outside email account. Too many steps!

message regarding a red stop sign in balances due you
Currently, I check the Balances Due You to see if there are any stop signs there, it would be awesome if we received a message on the main page of MCP that there is a stop sign that needs to be addressed.

make bill amounts cancellable in jituzu
I have a couple of clients who do not have outstanding bills, but they show up as having a billable amount in jituzu. There needs to be a way to get rid of them.

Clients are complaining that their bill does not show detailed payments. They want to see credit card payment as well as check payments with the check number.

Hi, I have had no luck getting Apex EDI, the people who are supposed to enroll me as a Medicaid provider in Vermont, to return my call, despite more than 3 voicemails. I have been unable to get paid for my work for months now because of them. Can you please help expedite this?

Include session dates on credit card payment receipts
When I elect to email a receipt to a client for a card payment, it does not include the session date which often leads to confusion on their part because they don't know what I'm charing them for. This is true especially if I’m processing a co-pay several weeks AFTER the session due to a delay on the insurer’s part (which the client and I have no control over). Could the session date(s) be included on the receipt email?

Import actual time from jituzu calendar
If an appt time period is entered in jituzu, why is it not being imported as that same number of minutes into MCP? We really need to have this feature for billing our timed codes and for more easily running reports for payroll for hourly therapists. PLEEASE! :) Another option would be to have the therapists able to enter their own units without having access to all the $ part of it.

nicknames for credit cards
When collecting a ccard payment it would be nice to not only see the last 4 digits but a nickname; HSA, credit, debit, mom's dad's. Missed appointments and group materials are not HSA qualified, but I can't tell which card on file is which without having to look at client notes; therapy costs for some minor clients is shared between parents; again a card nickname would be helpful. A tab in Jituzu under client information for credit cards that displays last 4 digits of cards on file and allows edits of expiration dates or zip codes would be nice.

sending eob's to secondary insurance.
Sending EOB's to secondary insurance: If there is a service that is an add on code such as 90785, when the EOB's come back to MCP from the primary insurance for the 90785 that was add on to the 90837 session you cant send them to the secondary insurance together as one claim, you have to send one code and then the other because of the way MCP is set up. We get rejections from secondary payers because the add on code comes in separate instead of with the session it belongs with.

When creating a session for a client would like an alert that the patient already has a balance.
When creating a session it would be nice if an alert would pop up letting us know that the patient already has a balance for past unpaid appointments so that our receptionist doesn't apply that day's payment to that day's appointment and instead applies any payment made to the past due balance first. This happens over and over again because there is nothing that states at a glance that the patient has a balance and unless you specifically click on the patient's name in the calendar, which we hardly ever do on the day of their appointment, it doesn't alert…

Jituzu merchant payment should go directly in the MCP account
Jituzu payments in the merchant account should show up automatically on MCP account. As it stands now the biller only knows about the jituzu merchant payment if I take the extra step and add it to the account information in jituzu. It seems like an unnecessary step and if I forget to do it, the biller doesn't see that the payment was made.

Have Jituzu pull the email address from the Responsible Party section, if it has been filled out.
Our therapists put the client's email address in the contact section, because that is who they speak with mostly, even for teenagers. If the responsible party is filled out, the email address for the receipt is still pulled from the contact section, and we have to keep wiping it out and copying and pasting the email address from the Responsible Party section so that the receipt goes to the parent. It would be great if Jituzu would pull the email address from that section, if it's filled out.
