2. Templates.......In template library it would be helpful if templates could be generated and pieced together by user.

   Excellent idea - eg - I'd like to do a brief note re client having to cancel - without having to do a SOAP - and there are no templates I can find that let me create the note

   I totally agree with this - frustrating - anxiety provoking - and we have enough of that
