Archive Authorizations
It would be great if an authorization that is exhausted or expired could be ARCHIVED. The current choice is to keep the expired auth listed, but receive a notification every login that the auth has expired OR to delete it. The notifications for expired auths become very confusing. The authorization screen has multiple lines, I would think for the purpose of being able to save/view previous auths. This becomes pointless if they are constantly generating a notification of expiration. I prefer not to delete expired auths, as having a record of the them is very useful.

Sessions timing out feature
I use TherapyNotes at a clinic I work at part time. (I use MC+ in my private practice.) TherapyNotes has a nice feature when the program times out due to inactivity. When I return to a progress note, for example, after an interruption and timing out, a window pops up and asks for my password when I move the cursor. After that, I am returned to the exact place in the note, or whatever I was doing in the program, where I was when it timed out. On MC+ a timing out requires reentering my user name and password. Browser session and logging out issue
When the login times out, I cant easily get back to the login screen. Refreshing gives an error anytime. Logging out gives an error. I have to clear the URL and enter in address again to get back to the login screen. A pain.

View Multiple Screens Simultaneously
I would like to be able to view multiple screens at the same time, such as EOB's/ERA's and Payments Received and Adjustments for instances where payments must be entered manually.

Optional Message when printing statements from Account Activity
You can add an optional message to invoices when you print them from Invoice Clients and Insurance, or from the Print Client Statements option under Reports, but you can't add a message if you print a statement from Account Activity by Client. The option is needed for private pay (out of network) clients who need statements for their insurance, so that a group NPI, and any other information needed, can be added to the invoice.

Timeout screen
Have screen revert to login status when timeout is reached. As it stands, when timed out, client data is left in view and cancelling screen is tedious. Either I have to X-out and go to site again or click repeatedly to get it to go back to login.

Use of Back button in browser
It would be nice to be able to use the back button in MCP.

File Attachments
Please consider moving the buttons "Download" "Delete Selected" "Upload Files" "Add New Files" to the top of the page above the documents list, saving users from scrolling to the bottom of the file attachments page each time uploading a new document.

I supervise unlicensed providers. It would be great if you had an option for accounts for supervisees that only see very few clients, that was more cost effective than the group rates.

Send Receive Messages from MCP
On the Home screen in MCP, at the bottom is a section that notes Messages and Notices. Is there a way we can send/receive messages from MCP, rather than switching apps to Jituzu? or maybe be able to send/receive from both apps?

Increase font size - View Account Activity
The new UI that went into effect around Thanksgiving includes a much smaller, unreadable font size on the View Account Activity Screen. Please ensure that the font size on all screens does not create eye strain.

It would be nice to have an invoice showing the charges for My Clients Plus and also the payments that have been made.

Add popups on 2.0 Home screen
When looking at the main screen, there are a few spots where a popup of information would be very helpful for productivity.
When hovering over the Provider info button, it would be nice to see Tax ID, NPI, and Office address for checking benefits quickly.
for Client Info; it would be nice to see their date of birth, address, and ID #, for the same purpose.Account activity; perhaps the total due and potentially a space to add copay to client setup and show that here.

ICD - 10 Integration
Is there a way like Office Ally has an ICD-10 menu that lists all the diagnosis which is both searchable and browsable.

Client Statements - Add office locations
Would like to add office location on the client statement and superbill for out of network clients.
