Claims Related to Cyber Attack Not Yet Paid
Hello. Can't find a direct contact email option.
I am trying to keep track of what's happening with claims that were affected by cyberattack. Still appears they have not gone through and over 1200.00 worth at this point. I left a message in the voicemail with no call back as of yet. Please contact me to let me know where things stand and if I should be doing anything different.

Direct Contact Option

My records show that I am subscribed to 50 or fewer claims monthly for $12.50/mo. My account shows a monthly fee of $29 + tax per month. Why is my credit card being charged $41.50/mo? please enable several windows to be opened on a computer so we can cut and paste an ICN number or otherwise easily go back and forth.
It's frustrating to have to leave a window and not be able to keep it open. Nice that we can have a second window with Jituzu and MCP and also that Knowledge Base opens another window.

Diagnosis Code Search
It would be good if the list of Diagnosis was searchable. For example, a field to type depression at the top of the list. Type depression and all codes with that in the description would be listed rather than scrolling. Scrolling should continue to be an option as well.

Diagnosis Fielf
In the client set up add a separate field to enter in client diagnosis during set up. This will help capture the history of the diagnoses in a clear way rather than being mixed up in client notes. It is a hassle to go client sessions just to see which dxs the client already had. It would be great to have the date the Dx was added and a date it was removed. There should also be a field or a check box for diagnoses the provider wants to work to Rule out or confirm.

Please remove the time-out feature on MCP
Please remove the time-out feature on MCP. This feature interferes with telehealth sessions on Jituzu and disconnects the session. This is disruptive to the therapeutic process and requires time to log back into MCP, reload the telehealth session and reconnect with the client. I have been disconnected multiple times during a session and finally discovered what was happening. This is inconvenient.

LLMSW/LMSW Signatures
The system needs to allow notes to be signed as LLMSW when someone is an LLMSW and when they become an LMSW, allow them to sign as an LMSW. As of now, the system overrides all notes to read what is currently set in the system. HUGE problem!

Deleted messages should stay deleted
Every time I reopen MCP, this message appears: Start collecting payments with Jituzu! I keep deleting it and it keeps showing up.

referrals/new patient tracking
We really need a way to add new referrals and track if all items needed as a new patient are completed (physician order received, new client paperwork received, evaluation completed, authorization completed, etc)

Client Statements in Landscape
When creating and printing client statements, please reorient them into landscape mode. When families want a statement for the calendar year (for taxes, reimbursement, etc), the columns on the right aren't large enough to see the amounts... the text ends up on top of other entries, especially if the totals are in the thousands. If the columns "charges" through "client responsibility" were wider, there wouldn't be a problem.

Zip Code Checking Scrub Feature
Request that if a zip code is entered incorrectly that MCP catches it and rejects it so that claim doesn't get processed. Would like a scrubbing feature/google zip code check so they don't have to pay for additional claims when they have to be resubmitted.

I would like to be able to see task assigned and when those task are completed in the To Do List.
It would be helpful when using the to do list, to see list of items assigned, to whom they are assigned and when they are completed.

Instead of just listing the date and the amount billed for a service, it would be helpful if you also included what the billing was for.
For every charge billed to the practice, please include a description of the service and the time frame for the service that is being billed, i.e., Yearly renewal of MCP from Jan. 1, 2020 - Dec. 31, 2020.

Client Medication Field
Create a field under the client info tab where their current medications can be listed. It was also be amazingly helpful if the field could auto populate suggested medications if you started to type something in. I often don't know how to properly spell a medication, especially generics, and have to google it.

Copy Clients - Include Progress Notes and Attachments
When copying clients from one provider to another, allow progress notes and attachments to be copied also.
