  1. Attaching documents to an email through the inbox of the Jituzu app.

    The Jituzu app should be able to attach documents through the app. After confirming with support, the only way a client can attach a picture or a document is using an internet browser. At this time, they can only use the app for video conferencing and emailing (with no way of adding attachments.)

  2. Message to clients on the portal

    Would like the capability to add a message to the client portal so that when they log into the portal, the message is the first thing they see or a pop up that they would have to read and then close out of it.

  3. Tracking appointment movement

    It would be SOOOOOOO helpful to have administrative permissions to be able to track the movement of a client's appointment and be able to see who has moved/canceled/deleted the appointments and when or to at least be able to see who the last person that modified it is.

  4. Import actual time from jituzu calendar

    If an appt time period is entered in jituzu, why is it not being imported as that same number of minutes into MCP? We really need to have this feature for billing our timed codes and for more easily running reports for payroll for hourly therapists. PLEEASE! :) Another option would be to have the therapists able to enter their own units without having access to all the $ part of it.

  5. nicknames for credit cards

    When collecting a ccard payment it would be nice to not only see the last 4 digits but a nickname; HSA, credit, debit, mom's dad's. Missed appointments and group materials are not HSA qualified, but I can't tell which card on file is which without having to look at client notes; therapy costs for some minor clients is shared between parents; again a card nickname would be helpful. A tab in Jituzu under client information for credit cards that displays last 4 digits of cards on file and allows edits of expiration dates or zip codes would be nice.

  6. Changing Delete Client From Portal button.

    Can there be a placement change so the Delete Client From Portal button is not so close to Send Client Invoices bottom? I have accidentally deleted clients. I would think that the Delete Client button would be off to the side by itself.

  10. sending eob's to secondary insurance.

    Sending EOB's to secondary insurance: If there is a service that is an add on code such as 90785, when the EOB's come back to MCP from the primary insurance for the 90785 that was add on to the 90837 session you cant send them to the secondary insurance together as one claim, you have to send one code and then the other because of the way MCP is set up. We get rejections from secondary payers because the add on code comes in separate instead of with the session it belongs with.

  11. Recording sessions

    A new client signed up with Jituzu, and the platform would not let her complete the process until she agreed to have the sessions recorded. I haven't heard this before, but I don't think it is an appropriate request; did she have it wrong?

  13. please add more save buttons to the notes page, so I dont have to scroll down or up and loose my place and concentration to save my note.

    add more save options or make the time out time a lot longer, I am tired of having to re-input my note because I am contemplating what I am going to enter, then when I am done I sign it and come to find out nothing saves.

  15. Allow Clients the ability to edit their info

    Allow clients to access their information on their portal and edit information such as insurance info, addresses, phone numbers etc. These things do change over time.

  18. Emergency Contact

    It would be great to have the client emergency contact information to go from the Configuration Intake directly to MCP or at least to the contact information in Jituzu. We need to be able to access that information fast in an emergency.

  19. Would like marked missed or canceled appointments to be marked as such in past appointment list

    Even if you mark an appointment as missed or canceled on the calendar it shows up as a regular appointment in the appointment list under past appointments. Right now we have to copy and paste all of the appointments into the notes and mark them as canceled, late canceled or no shows to keep track. It would be nice if we didn't have to take this extra step to keep track of missed appointments or no shows. The list of past appointments would just need to have an M, C or LC (late cancel) by it.   20. Why does copying a client to another provider, default the reminder box to "skip reminders" for that provider????

    When copying a client to another provider under the "reminders & portal" tab, it will default the reminder box to be checked for "skip reminders." This is not helpful AT ALL, when having to remember to go back and change this to unchecked. I only started noticing, when on the calendar; their appointment has a blue "?" instead of a green "!" or "✔" for the reminder indicator.
