  1. There should be an option for preferred pronouns

    We now can list a person's preferred name. We need to be able to list preferred pronouns as well. Misgendering people is a leading trigger for suicide -- it's important that we providers get it right.

  2. make bill amounts cancellable in jituzu

    I have a couple of clients who do not have outstanding bills, but they show up as having a billable amount in jituzu. There needs to be a way to get rid of them.

  3. Have Preferred Name show up when searching for client on dropdown menu

    If a patient's given name is John but he prefers goes by his middle name (Matt), we should be able to have Matt show up when searching for the client. John needs to stay as his name for insurance purposes, but it would be easier to search by the name they prefer.

  5. Larger lettering in the email section

    I'm wondering if there is a way to make the print larger in the email section. These old eyes are struggling!!! :-) Thank you!

    Also - i forgot to say that one thing I DO love in 2.0 is the ability to navigate all information about a person without having to go into another area and put their name in again...

  7. Canceled appointment report

    Re box in client profile where client's past appointments are listed.....
    All scheduled appointments are there whether or not the appointment happened.
    I would like to see some sort of cancel notification for dates where a cancel occurred.

    Maybe there is another way to access the actual dates of past sessions?

  8. Can telehealth sessions be repeatable?

    It is time consuming to have to manually change every appointment to telehealth rather than set recurring appointments and let it stand.

  10. Reminder text identified with therapist same or Jituzu name

    When clients receive a reminder text, it comes from a bunch of digits without any name associated with it. I would prefer the therapist name be identified as the sender, or at the very least, Jituzu. Clients see the text is from a random number with no name and ignore the confirmation texts.

  11. Send jituzu emails and folders to Myclientsplus

    I need to save client’s emails as documentation. I do create folders but the folder list is getting too long and not in alphabetical order. This will become a nightmare as clients become inactive and I have to keep the folder for 7 years. Please develop a way that I can more the email or folder over to the client’s record.

    Hi, I have had no luck getting Apex EDI, the people who are supposed to enroll me as a Medicaid provider in Vermont, to return my call, despite more than 3 voicemails. I have been unable to get paid for my work for months now because of them. Can you please help expedite this?

  14. Organizing Client load in folders per Insurance with subforder/year.

    I would like to have the capacity to find all my BSBC (for example) in 2019 or all Clients Kaiser members in 2018, those in 2019,etc.instead of going one by one through all my Clients and extract.

  16. Allow a client to register themselves entering demo/insurance in portal and use docusign to sign consent /HPAA

    Why not structure the portal to allow a new client to register themselves in myclientsplus entering demo/insurance, and use docusign to sign consent /HIPAA. This alone would cut down on about 10 hours I spend scanning paper intake forms outside therapy work. Also seems like every other EHRS is allowing real time insurance verification.

  18. Include session dates on credit card payment receipts

    When I elect to email a receipt to a client for a card payment, it does not include the session date which often leads to confusion on their part because they don't know what I'm charing them for. This is true especially if I’m processing a co-pay several weeks AFTER the session due to a delay on the insurer’s part (which the client and I have no control over). Could the session date(s) be included on the receipt email?

  19. Email to Patients Letting them know there is a message in their portal waiting for them.

    When you send a message to a patient within the portal I would like it if Jituzu would give you the option to send a notification to the patient's email to let them know that they have a message or a document waiting for them in their portal so they don't miss something important so we don't have to take the time to send a separate email to let them know.
