Is it possible to add a separate medications tab perhaps next to the progress notes ( the bar that contains edit client, attach files, progress notes and account activity)? This would be such a fast way to look at the current medications and easily update. Currently, I have to scroll through my progress notes and am unsure which note I updated the medications in. But if there was one tab where you could have the date, medication list, medication changes, date of changes, prescriber and prescriber contact info, and a check box indicating if a release is on file, that would be great. Plus, if we are audited, there is a fast way to give a historical time line of med changes. I am a psychotherapist so I don't prescribe but need to be aware of changes. Thanks!
