The way I do this is go to (My Account) then (Add/Edit Services) and add a service line for What ever heading you want, like "Break", "Supervision", or what ever. You can chose what ever color you want. Then when scheduling select "Non Client Description" than the heading you created like "Break" which you can put in as a reoccuring appointment.
