Even if you mark an appointment as missed or canceled on the calendar it shows up as a regular appointment in the appointment list under past appointments. Right now we have to copy and paste all of the appointments into the notes and mark them as canceled, late canceled or no shows to keep track. It would be nice if we didn't have to take this extra step to keep track of missed appointments or no shows. The list of past appointments would just need to have an M, C or LC (late cancel) by it. A late cancellation is also something we bill for.
