Please mark clients as inactive after four months and remove them from the list that pops up.

    Maybe have an option to choose the time period that the provider would like clients to be marked as Inactive. i.e. 3 miths, 6 mths, 1 year.

    This is an option at the bottom of the Provider setup screen, with several options for time periods.

    I would like the option to automatically mark clients as Inactive after 6 months.
