I would like to be able to send client statements/invoice that they can pay without going through the client portal. There was another software that allowed me to email the invoices and clients could pay conveniently.

Secondly, is there a way to add-on copayment amounts when entering insurance info so that clients could pay through the client portal. Otherwise I would have to manually do it or wait til the insurance claims processes which could take weeks.
